Full Job Description Summary:

The Lab Technician is responsible for accurately preparing and blending chemicals according to established formulas and procedures. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, strict adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Accurately measure and mix chemicals following precise formulas. Operate and maintain mixing equipment. Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols. Monitor and document the mixing process. Conduct quality control checks on mixed products. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Prepare and handle waste following code/guidelines.

Qualification requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and move heavy containers as required. 50 pounds Standing for long periods of time.
