We are seeking a hard working, quick learner, with attention to detail to join our team. Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
Receives and accounts for all specimens from referring physicians Ensures proper labeling of specimens and that the information on the requisition matches information entered into system Inputs patient demographics and specimen information into the Laboratory Information System (LIS) Documents missing or discrepant information Verifies correct information with QC process Other duties assigned as deemed necessary by management.

Requirements:
High school diploma is required. Must have some medical experience or knowledge (knowledge of medical terminology preferred) Must be extremely detail oriented and able to work quickly and productively Type 45+ wpm with 100% accuracy. You will be asked to complete a typing skills assessment to verify skill level Strong data entry and organizational skills Able to troubleshoot and solve problems Highly proficient with computer and word processing skills Reliable and dependable
Licensure/Certifications/Education:
