The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting samples for drug testing in a professional and efficient manner. This role requires a strong understanding of laboratory procedures, aseptic techniques, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. The Drug Test Collector will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results. Duties Collect urine, blood, or other biological samples from clients for drug testing purposes. Ensure all samples are collected following established protocols and aseptic techniques. Maintain accurate records of sample collection and ensure proper labeling and documentation. Communicate clearly with clients regarding the collection process and any necessary instructions. Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment. Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure timely processing of samples. Stay informed about relevant regulations and best practices in drug testing. Requirements Knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures, including aseptic technique. Familiarity with clinical laboratory environments and veterinary terminology is preferred. Understanding of physiology and the ability to phlebotomize when necessary. Experience with cardiac catheterization or spinal tap procedures is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
