Job Description
Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about science? We are seeking a Synthesis Technician to produce custom oligonucleotides according to customer specifications. This hands-on role includes synthesis, cleavage, deprotection, and quality control sampling-crucial steps in our high-quality DNA manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate synthesizer platforms to manufacture custom DNA oligos Perform cleavage, deprotection, modification, and QC sampling Record and analyze data to determine pass/fail outcomes Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and contamination controls Use software tools and lab equipment to support production Prepare oligos for final shipment or additional processing
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency a must) Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Physically able to lift 10-50 lbs and work on your feet
