Fragrance Applications Lab Tech 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Hackensack, NJ 07601 We are seeking a Fragrance Applications Lab Tech to support our Evaluation team by making batches and evaluating fragrance stability in various samples. Responsibilities Apply fragrance oils to bases for home care, air care, and personal care products. Prepare samples for olfactive evaluation and stability testing. Initiate stability tests on fragrances and ingredients, updating the team on findings. Communicate fragrance issues to the perfumer, including insolubility and color shifts. Troubleshoot stability issues and conduct color matching before shipping. Maintain lab SOPs and ensure a clean, safe working environment. Collaborate on special projects with sales and evaluation teams. Qualifications BA/BS in Chemistry, Biology, or related field; 3-5 years of lab experience. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office and able to read and analyze technical documents. Basic math skills for practical applications. Ability to work in a fast-paced lab environment with strong odors.
