Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently recruiting experienced Laboratory Technicians for a global cosmeticanization with over 100 years of innovation and success in the industry.

Position Details:

Job Location:

Clark, New Jersey, 07066

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate- The anticipated wage for this position is between $ 24.50 to $25.00
Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

Requirements:

• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field
• 4 to 6 years of relevant laboratory experience
• Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of skincare product formulas, including creams, lotions, serums, toners, and SPF products, for market launch.
Prepare and batch various formulation trials in the lab to evaluate texture, stability, and aesthetics.
Set up and monitor stability studies to ensure the highest quality of products.
Check formula specifications such as color, odor, appearance, viscosity, pH, and microscopic characteristics to ensure stability.
Collaborate with cross-functional support teams (analytical, microbiology, processing engineers, etc.) to aid in formulation development and maintain product quality.
Manage multiple formulation tasks and projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong multitasking abilities.

Pay Details:

$24.50 to $25.00 per hour
