Role and Responsibilities:

The Lab Technician will work with the Product & Operations team to formulate and launch new MoonBrew products. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented problem solver who combines creativity with food expertise to create the best tasting products for our loyal customer base. They thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience. What you’ll do: Develop and iterate on flavor systems for our powder beverage product (e.g., mint hot cocoa) to make the best tasting functional beverages in the market
Support recipe development of new food formats (e.g., functional gummies, chocolates)
Evaluate, quality check and organize inventory of flavors and ingredients Prepare sample batches for internal tasting sessions or focus group sensory studies What you’ll bring: Self-starting attitude with a love for food adn flavor
Hands-on problem solver with a proactive approach to resolving challenges
Ability to work autonomously, with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment
Humility, self-awareness, and curiosity
A collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for building an early-stage brand
Lab experience is a bonus

Practicalities:

This is a full-time position with salary and benefits
We work in the office 5 days per week in
