Job Description
The Bond Lab Technician is responsible for bonding or de-bonding of sputtering targets and backing plates.
You will have the opportunity to:
Clean and maintain targets, backing plates, and bonded assembliesOperate hot plates and ion platerPerform complex metallic and epoxy bonds
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of industrial training and three to twelve months of related experienceAbility to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and convert in all units of measure
