Summary As a Plasma Center Technician at Olgam Life, you will play a vital role in the plasma donation process. Located in a supportive community, you will work with cutting-edge technology to ensure the highest standards of care for our donors, contributing to life-saving medical treatments. Hours are from 5:30 am up to potentially 4 pm Days off: Saturday plus one other weekday $21.00 to $23.00 an hour OT is available Paid Training PTO plus medical, dental and vision… Responsibilities Perform plasma collection procedures while ensuring donor safety and comfort. Utilize laboratory techniques to analyze plasma samples and maintain quality control. Monitor donor reactions during the donation process and provide appropriate assistance. Maintain accurate records of donations and adhere to regulatory compliance standards. Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and improve donor experiences. Participate in training programs to stay updated on best practices and new technologies. Requirements Experience in a laboratory setting or related field is preferred. Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) is essential. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with quality control processes in a laboratory environment. Basic understanding of scientific research principles is beneficial. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
