QC Lab Technician Position Available In Suffolk, New York

Job Description:

QC Lab Technician Responsibilities Perform sample management forall incoming raw materials, in-process, finished products andstability samples including but not limited to receipt, loggingdistribution and destruction. Coordinate chemical and referencestandard inventory in the lab, verifying the expired chemicals andstandards and discarding as per company procedures. Update allsample information in SAP as per company procedures. Complete dataentry as required. Maintain lab consumables supply and placingorders as per requirement Oversee temperature and humiditymonitoring for stability chambers Conduct sample loading instability chambers and submitting stability samples as perschedule. Assist in the shipment of the samples to contract labs asrequired Provide general housekeeping in the QC lab and any otherfunctional activity as assigned by management. Other duties asassigned. Requirements Minimum of High School Diploma oreducational equivalent credential (ex. GED) required 6 monthsexperience in a laboratory setting preferred Associates degree orhigher in Chemistry, Laboratory Science, or related fields of studyfrom an accredited institution. (Preferred) Proficient user ofMicrosoft Office Programs to include Word, Excel, Outlook,PowerPoint, and other lab-related systems. Proficiently speakEnglish as a first or second language Have excellent organization,learning and teaching skills required to work in teams Ability tounderstand and analyze complex data sets. Working knowledge ofMicrosoft Office programs and other scientific-based software.

Experience in Inhalation products (MDI) is a plus.
