About the Role
Join our client’s world-class team in a high-impact Lab Support role supporting the production of emulsion polymerization products. As part of a 24/7 ISO 9001 manufacturing operation, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining quality standards by conducting analytical testing and ensuring that materials meet specifications before shipping to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Perform physical and chemical testing on latex products and plant wastewater (e.g., pH, viscosity, solids, PSD, GC, HPLC, FTIR, and titrations).
Provide real-time quality control support for in-process and finished goods.
Input and retrieve test data using LIMS (IQS), SAP, and other systems.
Accurately document test results and communicate findings to plant operations.
Maintain strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
Education & Experience (One of the Following Required):
Associate’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related science with 6+ months of industrial lab experience in

QA/QC, R

D, Analytical, or Environmental labs
OR
High school diploma or GED with 3+ years of relevant industrial lab experience

Preferred:

2+ years in a lab setting with increasing responsibility
