Lab Technician
Monaca, PA Responsibilities Provide laboratory support to the manufacturing process and ensure product quality prior to shipment.
Conduct analytical testing on emulsion polymerization products and plant wastewater in support of In-Process and Finished Goods 24/7 ISO 9001 manufacturing operations.
Accurately measure physical properties (e.g., pH, viscosity, solids, particle size distribution) and composition (e.g., GC, HPLC, FTIR, titrations) of latex products.
Enter data into and retrieve information from LIMS (IQS), SAP, and other software platforms.
Perform testing accurately and communicate results clearly.
Maintain strong attention to detail at all times.
This opportunity may lead from a temporary assignment to a permanent position.
The selected candidate must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen. Experience Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a laboratory position of increasing responsibility is preferred. Note:

All candidates must be willing and able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends. Shifts do NOT require working 7 days a week. Typically, schedules alternate between a 36-hour week (3 days @ 12 hours per day) and a 48-hour week (4 days @ 12 hours per day), with days not necessarily consecutive.
