We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working with electrical systems and an associate’s degree. This person will be responsible for supporting Engineering by completing Various assigned tasks to enhance product development and testing. They will report to the Electrical Engineering Manager. Role and Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electronics using a variety of benchtop equipment
• Read and interpret mechanical CAD drawings and electrical schematics
• Create wire harnesses with proper wire dressing based on detailed drawings
• Use industry standards to solder and de-solder components on printed circuit boards
• Provide technical support to customers, while maintaining industry-leading customer service
• Communicate schedules and repair status to maintain positive customer relations
• Perform power consumption, heat, and load testing on new prototypes guided by engineering team
• Document all performed testing with detailed-oriented notes, graphs, tables, and attached media
• Organize returns and keep accurate and detailed records. These records may be used by other employer departments to identify trends, improve product and manufacturing efficiencies. Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Associate Degree or Higher Education
• Minimum of two (2) years working with electrical systems
• Must be well-versed in MS Word, MS Office, MS Excel
• Team player ethic with the ability to work with a diverse group and work independently under minimal supervision
• Digital Multimeter and Benchtop DC Power Supply
• Soldering
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills
• Willing to travel to customer sites
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently
• Organized and Detail-Oriented Preferred Skills
• Ability to use an oscilloscope, function generator, and logic analyzer
• Cable Harness Drawings generation using Inventor or similar CAD tool
