- Molecular biology experiment: Perform proteomic analysis, gene expression analysis, staining brain tissue (Immunohistochemistry), and developing gene and protein manipulation viral constructs using PCR and restriction enzymes. 30%
- Animal Behavior assays: Conduct behavioral experiments in rodents, including drug exposure to assess drug-related behavioral phenotypes. Collect brain and other tissue samples from rodents. 20%
- Data collection and analysis: Collect and analyze experimental data, maintain accurate records, participate in experimental planning and discussion, and collaborate with lab members 10%
- Laboratory maintenance: Maintain lab operations, including monitoring supplies and ordering necessary experimental items. 5%
