Job Requirements:
General working knowledge of laboratory instruments and equipmentBasic computer operations including spreadsheets, word processing, emailFamiliar with safety and health policies and programsAbility to lift 50 lbs. on occasionWillingness to work with mineral acids and solvents safelyAbility to stand for most of shiftGood reading, language, and mathematical skillsManual dexterity
Preferred Skills:

Job Responsibilities:
Perform routine mechanical, electrical, chemical, and crystallographic analysis using various lab equipmentPrepare, analyze, and machine samples following established practicesMaintain routine calibrations and operate laboratory equipment; assist with troubleshooting as neededKeep lab equipment, supplies, and work areas clean and organizedDispose of samples, waste, and broken glassware following strict safety proceduresPrioritize samples, plan work sequence, communicate status/results to supervisorComply with all applicable safety and health rules; complete required documentation accurately
Pay Details:
