Job Description

Analyst, Lab Quality Assurance 2.7 2.7 out of 5 stars Nashville, TN ArchWell Health is re-imagining the practice of primary care. In our medical clinics, we provide comprehensive primary care for senior adults with Medicare Advantage plans, focused on delivering improved quality, better patient experience and lower total cost of care. The Lab Analyst will be responsible for maintaining the safety of all ArchWell Health Labs and monitoring compliance with health and safety standards. This role is crucial in ensuring that all laboratory operations run smoothly and adhere to regulatory guidelines. Reports to the Sr Director of Practice Health and Safety.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day lab operations. Oversee daily lab activities to ensure efficient and effective functioning Create, review, and update standard operating procedures to maintain high standards of lab practices Monitor and document Quality control procedures to ensure the integrity and accuracy of laboratory results and compliance across all locations Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality control activities, test results and equipment maintenance Ensures all Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) licenses and state licenses are up to date Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines Manage vaccine audit process across all locations to ensure proper documentation and compliance Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of audit findings and provide guidance on quality control procedures and best practices Track and analyze quality trends to support process improvements

Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Ability to travel periodically to lab sites if required (no more than once a month, as needed) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and health management software.

Education and Experience:

Associate’s degree or above preferred 5 Years of relevant clinical laboratory experience Strong organizational and time-management skills Effective communication and leadership potential Familiarity with lab safety protocols and equipment Embodies and serves as a role model of
