Core Laboratory Job Summary:

The MLT V performs high-complexity testing in chemistry, hematology, coagulation, and urinalysis. This role includes leadership duties such as mentoring staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct and interpret high-complexity lab tests accurately and efficiently. Operate and maintain lab equipment and analyzers. Perform quality control, troubleshoot issues, and document results. Act as a lead resource for night shift operations and support staff training. Ensure adherence to CAP, CLIA, and internal quality standards.

Experience:

2+ years of Core Lab experience in a clinical or hospital setting Strong working knowledge of hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, and coagulation Night shift availability, Monday-Friday Education (Must meet one of the following): Bachelor’s in Medical Technology or Clinical Lab Science Bachelor’s in a chemical, physical, or biological science + 1 year lab training/experience 90 semester hours (incl. 16 biology, 16 chemistry [6 inorganic], 3 math) + clinical lab training or 1 year of experience Associate’s degree in
