As aTravel MLT , you will play a critical role in the diagnosis andtreatment of patients by performing a variety of lab tests acrossclinical disciplines. This position requires strong attention todetail, adaptability, and the ability to work independently duringnight shifts. Performing clinical laboratory tests in areas such ashematology, urinalysis, chemistry, blood bank, and microbiologyMaintaining and calibrating lab equipment Verifying and reportingresults in compliance with facility protocols Collaborating withclinical staff to support patient care decisions Associate’s Degreein Medical Laboratory Technology or related field Minimum 1 year ofrecent clinical lab experience in a hospital setting preferredFamiliarity with lab regulations and quality control procedures
