Job Title:
R D Lab Technician Responsibilities Perform laboratory tests and experiments following established protocols and procedures. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support R D projects. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all laboratory activities and results. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and laboratory best practices. Assist in the development and optimization of new products and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition. Prepare samples and reagents for testing. Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments. Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities related to laboratory processes. Essential Skills Previous experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in R D. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software. Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with analytical techniques such as chromatography, spectroscopy, and microscopy. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality control standards. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
