24 Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to perform routine analytical and laboratory testing in support of food safety, quality assurance, and operational excellence. This role involves in-process and final product testing, monitoring instrumentation, and documenting test results accurately. Located in Memphis, TN 3 month contract with extension

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay:

 $20-24/hour

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine testing and analysis on raw materials, in-process, and finished products. Record and communicate test results accurately through databases and written/verbal reports. Utilize safe laboratory practices, including equipment checks, safety meeting participation, and preventive maintenance. Support product trials and experimental work under guidance from senior personnel. Troubleshoot issues by evaluating data and determining corrective actions. Interpret complex data, identify irregular test results, and consult with senior staff for resolution. Maintain laboratory inventory and supplies; manage stock levels and coordinate reorders. Perform complex administrative or technical tasks with minimal supervision; escalate only advanced issues as needed. Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in a science-related field with relevant laboratory coursework. One (1) or more years of experience in a laboratory or food manufacturing setting. Working knowledge of laboratory instrumentation and

ISO 17025
