Performs testsand procedures in assigned sections, including those which requireexercise of independent judgment and responsibility with minimumsupervision. Independently performs qualitative and quantitativetests, following established guidelines and predetermined criteria.

Identifies problems that may adversely affect test performanceand/or results and uses knowledge, critical thinking skills, andjudgment to troubleshoot and resolve them. Provides information forpatient diagnosis and treatment. Medical technologists, also knownas clinical laboratory technologists, perform and analyze theresults of complex scientific tests on blood and bodily fluids.

These highly trained professionals work in hospitals andindependent laboratories using sophisticated procedures andequipment. Receiving, typing, testing, and recording blood bankinventories.

Qualifications:

2-3 Years of Recent experience ofpatient diagnosis and treatment. Performing laboratory testsexperience is preferred. Active state license Demonstrate thehighest level of professionalism when interacting with patients,families, physicians, and hospital staff members.
