The Opportunity:

The OneMedical Virtual Medical Team (VMT) is a leading provider of virtualclinical care, providing world-class, convenient, evidence-basedvirtual medical care to One Medical patients in concert with theirprimary care providers. Through advanced technology and ateam-based approach, we care for patients 24 hours a day, 365 daysa year. Employment type:

• Full time (32 hours minimum including evenings and weekends)
• Overnight shifts: Range from 7pm
• 7am Pacific Standard Time Whatyou’ll be working on:
• Treating patients via tele-health visits,including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, andemail follow-ups
• Continuous learning during weekly ClinicalRounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration withboth virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities togive exceptional care to patients virtually Education, licenses,and experiences required for this role:
• Completed an accreditedFNP program with a national certification
• Currently licensed inCA with ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed
• Inthe past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for atleast:
• 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeingpatients of all ages (0), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergencymedicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0) Ability to workweekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and Sundayrequired)
• Ability to work afternoons and evenings (current shiftsrange from 7pm-7am Pacific Time)
• Excellent clinical andcommunication skills One Medical providers also demonstrate:

One Medical is committedto fair and equitable compensation practices. The base hourly rangefor this role is $71.00 to $79.00 per hour based on a full-timeschedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based onfactors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
