Under the direction of aRegistered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse deliversefficient and effective nursing care while achieving positiveclinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. Position Highlights Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition andreport changes in condition. Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning. Administer medications and performs treatments per physicianorders. Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of an approved schoolfor practical or vocational nursing. Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pendinglicensed practical nurse licensure. Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at askilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice ifan assisted living facility.
