Position Overview:
The ideal candidate is required to provideservices to consumers in crisis at our Urgent Care Clinic.
Experience working in mental health preferred.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORKNIGHTS, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS
; and clear backgroundcheck.
Qualifications:
High school graduation or equivalent plussuccessful completion of an LPN program with current Certificationby the Alabama Board of Nursing and relevant experience.
Must beavailable to work nights, weekends andholidays.
Responsibilities:
Provide education, training, testing,monitoring, evaluation and updating all MAC/MAS workers andnurses.
Conducts nursing assessments and duties.
Administermedications as directed by doctors orders.
Work Environment:
Workdirectly with consumers in our Urgent Care.
Engage in meaningful andimpactful work that makes a difference in the lives of individualswith mental health diagnoses.
ALL candidates must be able to typeand have basic computer skills, possess a valid AL drivers license,eligibility for coverage under center liability insurance andindividually held vehicle liability insurance with a clearbackground check.
