Provide carefor residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit.
Duties Include;Medication Administration, including IVs.
Taking andrecording vital signs.
Providing resident care and treatments withmonitoring of outcome.
Provide resident and familyeducation.
Communication with physicians, NPs, families and otherhealth care professionals.
