Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, mustcontain a license in the state of TN, be able to evaluate and treatindependently without direct supervision, and posses the desire toperform functional therapeutic activities to assist residentsimprove in their experience.
Job Description:
Provide care forresidents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. DutiesInclude; Medication Administration, including IVs. Taking andrecording vital signs. Providing resident care and treatments withmonitoring of outcome. Provide resident and family education.
Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health careprofessionals.
