Utilize the nursing process to assess,plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
On each assignment,provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance withprescribed ordersAssess signs and symptoms indicating physiologicand psychosocial changes in the patients condition.
Collects,analyzes, and interprets data and information from health caremembers and documents actual and/or potential nursingdiagnoses.
Qualifications:
Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in thestate in which the LPN will practice.
Current TB or ChestX-Ray.
Current BLS card.
One year prior professional nursingexperience preferred
