As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible forproviding comprehensive and individualized nursing care to ourresidents. Your primary focus will be to promote their health andwell-being, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needsare met. Shift availability for this role includes3p-11p
Responsibilities:
1.
Nursing Care:
Provide high-qualitynursing care to residents based on their individual needs,including medication administration, wound care, monitoring vitalsigns, and assisting with activities of daily living.2.
Assessment:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents’ physical,emotional, and social needs, and develop individualized care plansin collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.3.
Documentation:
Accurately and promptly document residents’ medical history,assessments, care plans, interventions, and progress notes inaccordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.4.
Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with other healthcareprofessionals, including physicians, nurse practitioners, andtherapists, to ensure coordinated and holistic care forresidents.5.
Communication:
Maintain effective communication withresidents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to provideupdates on residents’ conditions, treatment plans, and any changesin care.6.
Supervision:
Provide guidance and supervision to nursingassistants and other support staff, ensuring they adhere toestablished care protocols and maintain resident safety.7.
Compliance:
Adhere to all applicable policies, procedures, andregulations governing nursing care and maintain a safe and cleanworking environment.
