Health Insurance Benefits Requirements:

The ability to provide in-home skilled nursing care as prescribed by the client’s physician(s), including but not limited to tracheotomy care, bolus feeding, catheterization, and or PEG/g-tube feedings. Ventilator experience preferred. Must be able to provide full assistance with transfers. Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care in-home settings, including catheterization and tube feeding as required. Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs, ensuring adherence to nursing protocols. Administer medications while maintaining accurate electronic health records (EHR). Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and families on health management and support adherence to treatment plans. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
