Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, provides directpatient care to patients as assigned. Maintains a safe and efficient working and treatmentenvironment per facility policies and procedures. Communicates effectively with the treatment team to ensuresafe, quality care is provided to all patients.
Qualifications Education:
Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
Experience:
Two years of experience as an LVN/LPN preferred.
Certification/License:
Current state licensure.
