In-home skilled nurse professional (LPN/RN) CareFirst Home Care Laceys Spring, AL 35754 Day shift position. CareFirst is looking for a motivated RN or LPN to provide in-the-home care for a Technology Assisted client in Morgan County. “`

Duties:

• Provide direct care, including administering medications, performing physical examinations, and providing skilled nursing in the client’s home.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
• Follow most current Care Plan and communicate with Nurse Manager to maintain Care Plan.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications:

“`

• Valid RN license in Alabama.
• Proven experience in providing patient care in various settings.
• Knowledgeable in critical care practices and able to respond effectively in emergency situations.
• Experience in tracheostomy care, home ventilator management, and feeding tube care is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with client, their family, office staff, and management.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical capacity to fully assist in turns and repositioning.
