We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Long-Term Care team. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, assist with daily activities, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support each resident’s physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor residents’ health, document changes, and report concerns to the RN or physician Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with care plans Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members Promote a safe and clean environment in accordance with facility policies and procedures

Requirements:

Valid LPN license in AL Current BLS/CPR certification Previous LTC or geriatric care experience preferred Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple responsibilities
