The ideal candidate will have experience in various medical settings and possess a passion for providing high-quality patient care. Responsibilities Provide nursing care in a variety of healthcare settings including Level I and Level II Trauma Centers, primary care facilities, and occupational health environments Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers Perform catheter care and assist with patient aliment needs Conduct patient assessments and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop care plans Utilize eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems for accurate documentation Assist with lifting and transferring patients safely Administer injections and monitor patient responses Provide home community care services as needed Qualifications Current LPN license in good standing Experience working in diverse healthcare settings including trauma centers, primary care, and occupational health Proficiency in catheter care and aliment assistance Ability to lift and transfer patients safely Experience administering injections accurately Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment If you are a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse looking to make a difference in patient care across various healthcare settings, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
