Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary liaison between the hospital and our organization, facilitating smooth transitions.

Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed nurse. Strong familiarity with UAB and
- VA hospitals is required.
Knowledge of Medicare and insurance processes is a significant advantage. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
