LPN – Long Term Care Needed! Amergis Healthcare Staffing Conway, AR 72032 Under the supervision of a registered nurse, the licensed vocational/practical nurse medical surgical assumes responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care. Consistently performs according to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.

Minimum Requirements:

Current Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse License in state practicing Current CPR if applicable TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) Must meet all federal, state and local requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Submission Requirements Only Resume Needed!

6:30a-7p 6:30p-7a 6a-6:30p About the facility: 400 acres of land (like a little town of its own) All levels of care 32 Homes on site, 450 residents Typically 16 beds per home 24 Hour facility

Population:

All individuals have a disability that prevents them from living on their own. Psych, LTAC experience is a plus. There are low acuity homes “high functioning” and high acuity homes “low functioning”. There are homes with school aged individuals that have fewer residents with behavioral issues.
