501-955-2108 Premier at the Springs is hiring a full-time MDS Coordinator to join our nursing leadership team. We are looking for a licensed nurse who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering high-quality care in a skilled nursing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete and manage timely MDS assessments Develop and update individualized care plans in coordination with the clinical team Ensure accurate medical coding for billing and reimbursement Review and close out monthly reimbursement statements Collaborate with department heads to support resident-centered care Participate in overall nursing management as needed

Qualifications:

Active RN or LPN license in Arkansas (required) MDS experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Familiarity with MDS 3.0, PDPM, and LTC regulations a plus
