The ideal candidate will provide 1:1 nursing care to an assigned pediatric patient in a school setting. This specific case is searching for a schedule of Twice a week. for a few hours / day Ride school bus with the child. This role requires expertise in Vents, G-tube feedings and placement, acute care, medication administration, and various pediatric procedures such as seizure precautions. The Nurse will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for our young patients. Duties Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments and medications. Perform Gtube feedings and placement as needed and assist with other duties as needed. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care effectively. Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and preventive care strategies. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Requirements Current License Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice. Vent experience or willing to learn. Must be able to work a minimum of 6 plus hours. Experience in seizure precautions. Familiarity with feeding tube procedures and pump is a must. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team, independent and home environment. Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and empathy.
