Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Monroe, CT. The LPN will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong desire to help others.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team Assist with patient assessments and care planning Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications:
Current LPN license in the state of Connecticut CPR certification Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a quiet environment
