Primary Responsibilities:
- Provides nursing care topatients/significant others via direct and/or telephone contact,following established standards and practices
- Coordinates withother members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery,maximal coordination of efforts, and active patient participationin planning and care
- Assists physician or other provider withclinical procedures and participates in patient teaching

RequiredQualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of PracticalNursing
- New York State (NYS) license with current NYSregistration, in good standing
Preferred Qualifications:
- CurrentCPR/BLS certification
- 1 years of experience as a licensedpractical nurse or 2 years as a Medical Assistant in a pertinentpractice area The hourly range for this role is $19.
86 to $38.85per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on severalfactors including but not limited to local labor markets,education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Groupcomplies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
