Responsibilities:
Provide nursing services to students based on individual health care plans Participate in planning and placement team meetings, write goals and objectives for students’ IEPs, and communicate with health providers. Occasionally ride the bus with assigned students. Maintain nursing notes and records. Provide timely reports as requested, submit Medicaid documentation, and comply with State Department of Social Services regulations and other relevant laws.
