Non-acute care is offered through various affiliates, including the Thompson House for rehabilitation and skilled nursing services, and the Home Care organizations.

Work Shift:
6:45pm-7:15am, every other weekend, holidays
Purpose:
Provides direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of an RN. Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and office/clinic policies, procedures and standards. Communicates with physicians and team members about patient’s clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Gives medications and charts appropriately in the patient record.
Required:
Current LPN license within the state of Connecticut. Current BLS certification.
