JOB DUTIES
Provide & assist in direct patient care under the supervision of the RN as prescribed by the physician & the treatment team.
Provide medical management of patients.
Assist RN with environmental safety & crisis management for the patient population.
Work with the treatment team to provide a consistently therapeutic milieu.
Performs all duties as assigned.
Administer medication and treatment as prescribed according to departmental procedure.
Take & record vital signs, both manually and with equipment.
Perform phlebotomy.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of an accredited LPN program with a current FL LPN License
Ability to work 12-hour shifts as assigned.
Ability to pass a ACHA Level II Background Screening.
Ability to pass drug screening
6 months experience preferred
