License Practical Nurse (LPN)-Titusville 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars 1705 Jess Parrish Court, Titusville, FL 32796 Titusville Rehabilition & Nursing Center is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the team! The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for delivering care to residents/patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation; and effectively interacts with residents/patients, family members, and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
