Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting patients withADLs (Activities of Daily Living), monitoring vital signs, andsupporting patient mobility and comfort Performing nursing taskslike wound care, catheter management, and non-medicated proceduresas your skills develop Documenting patient information,observations and changes, and communicating important updatespromptly to the nursing team Helping patients and familiesunderstand their care plans and preparing them for recovery throughclear, compassionate education Maintaining a clean, safe patientenvironment by following safety protocols, managing equipment, andresponding quickly to patient needs What qualifications you willneed: Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days ofemployment start date Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must beobtained within 90 days of employment start date (CNA) CertifiedNursing Assistant Certificate Mission Hospital is located inAsheville, North Carolina.
