Health First Careers is seeking a highly skilled and motivated LPN to join our Staffing Services team on a per diem basis. As an LPN with Health First, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and gain valuable experience while providing top-notch patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician Monitor patient’s condition and report any changes to the healthcare team Assist with patient assessments and documentation Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans Maintain a safe and clean working environment for patients and staff Adhere to all Health First policies and procedures

Qualifications:
