REQUIREMENTS
Licensed as a professional Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Florida, and a graduate of an approved school of nursing. Home Health experience of 1 year preferred. Strong computer skills, clinical knowledge, and good communication.
POSITION REPORTS TO
Director of Intake Responsibilities:
Reviews all referrals and admission documentation to ensure Insurance Guidelines are met. Communicates with the Intake Coordinators, and teams to address all concerns on referrals. Coordinates all High-Tech infusion cases with assigned pharmacy including delivery time, dose, duration of infusion, pump status. Obtains and completes verbal orders. Has full understanding in, and is in compliance with, all agency regulations and policies.
