Remember time deadlines with Pharmacy for same day or next day delivery as this is crucial regarding weekends. • Orders on Friday after same day cut off will not arrive until Monday. Maintain MARS and check that PHP clients are being compliant on taking Medications during Med Passes. Maintain PI reports in HATCH including Med. Refrigerator Temp. log Check lab results daily, send out email of positive results. This is usually done by BHT but it does not hurt to check as fail safe. Write patient list to be seen by APRN. Transcribe meds that have been ordered and send fax Rx to pharmacy thru Kipu or call another pharmacy when necessary. Carry out all orders including scheduling any specialist or Imaging referrals. We need to make sure they are safe to be here. PHP intakes must be done as soon as possible as there are timeline constraints to maintain compliance (24 hours). IOP and OP client have a little more time flexibility but seeing Rich ARNP must be as soon as possible on all new intakes. New PHP clients also need to have Lab orders and requisitions done for the next Tuesday when Dynix Tech is usually scheduled. Address client’s complaints and obtain telephone orders when APRN is not on property. New hire BHT trainings and annual certifications to be done in HATCH, coordinate with Housing/BHT director and HR. Take VS on PHP clients at the very minimum once a week and write notes in Kipu. Alert APRN of any significant changes or complaints regarding client’s wellbeing. Alert clinical staff if client complains of cravings, drug dreams, SI/HI. Make sure and report Infectious diseases ie.

Covid to the health dept. and have client fill out contact Exposure Line list to be submitted to health dept.
