Miramar Parkway, Miramar, FL 33023 Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients. This role requires a strong commitment to patient well-being, particularly in experienced with toddlers and children. Duties Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team. Assist with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and safety for patients. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. Participate in patient assessments, including sonography when necessary, to ensure appropriate care is provided. Experience Previous experience in pediatrics is highly desirable. Familiarity with toddler care and experience working with ventilators a plus. Background in pediatrics care settings preferred. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and their families. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
