LPN Per Diem 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Plantation, FL 33317 We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care to patients in home care setting.

Responsibilities:

• Current LPN license
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent work ethic in both independent and collaborative settings
• Dedication to patient success
• Knowledge of Wellsky/Kinnser is a plus
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Perform medical documentation accurately and timely
• Conduct IV infusions and manage IV lines
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the state of practice
• Experience in home care required
• Strong understanding of medical documentation practices
