Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Sun Harbor 18480 Cochran Boulevard, Port Charlotte, FL 33948 Sun Harbor Healthcare, located in the vibrant community of Port Charlotte, is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic healthcare team.

Provide exceptional nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals Monitor and assess residents’ health status, ensuring prompt response to any changes Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and update individualized care plans Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient records Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents and their families
Requirements:
Current and valid LPN license in the state of Florida Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
